Rory’s experience in both carpentry and business development ensure a perfect skill match to lead our administrations team. After growing up as a carpenter’s son, Rory learned the benefits of matching great quality of construction with superior processes and administration for the benefit of the client.

Manager – Richard Whiteley

Richard Whiteley  has been in the construction industry for over 15 years.  Richie has spent the majority of this time on renovation and construction projects in England, giving him an eye for detail and a passion for seeing the craft of construction return to this industry on the Sunshine Coast.

Richie’s pursuit of excellence and his friendly nature have been the key ingredients behind the success of  Phoenix & Young Constructions.  His commitment to caring for every clients needs and dedication to personally checking the quality of all projects during construction and completion guarantee the customer satisfaction that the team are renowned for.0

Construction Co-ordinator –  Shawn Corney

Shawn Corney doesn’t mind getting hands dirty to ensure every project is completed on time and to  an immaculate standard.  His love of the construction industry began as a boy helping his father in the family owned and run timber mill, which has given him a passion for timber work and eye for the best quality materials  available.

Shawn’s strong work ethic and non-stop until completion approach is resonated in his team and assure the client of no delays and a fast project timeline.  Shawn’s relaxed nature and calm, professional approach to even the most complex projects ensure he brings the customer all solutions and no problems.
